As a Co-Founder, Amelia brings extensive experience in sports and events, enhancing clients' marketing, data management, and event execution plans. With a comprehensive background in operations, administration, marketing, and client management, she effortlessly adapts to all aspects of the event industry. Amelia is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and unforgettable experiences to all clients.

As a Co-Founder, Director, and CTO of Flicket, Jimmy possesses a deep understanding of how to commercially leverage data to drive growth and success. In his role, he is responsible for high-level strategy development and execution, governance oversight, people management, hands-on technical development, and pre-sales. Jimmy has overseen the integration and management of all of Flicket’s partners.

Jay has extensive ticketing experience in the sports industry and is an incredible asset to any team. With ticketing management experience for the Super Rugby franchises, multiple NPC teams, and diverse clients across both New Zealand and Australia, his industry reputation precedes him. Jay has great relationships with the majority of Provincial Unions nationwide and has experience working at all of New Zealand’s large-scale stadia. Jay loves working with partners to deliver an unparalleled fan experience for large venues, organisations, and tournaments, whatever the turnaround. Jays’ technical knowledge of Flicket’s technology is second to none, having deep knowledge of how our technology works and playing a key role in future development projects.

Jesse is a highly motivated professional with a diverse background in the sporting, entertainment, and finance industries. With a passion for developing long-term partnerships and delivering value to clients, Jesse excels in leveraging data insights and finding innovative solutions to organisational challenges. With expertise in commercial arrangements, data analytics, marketing, event management, and profit maximisation, Jesse is a valuable asset to the Flicket team. Kirsty brings with her a wealth of international experience. Originally from the UK, Kirsty has 12+ years in event management roles across London, Dubai, and New Zealand.

With a strong foundation in event management and business support spanning various sectors, she brings a unique skill set to the Flicket team.

Behind the scenes, Kirsty provides vital organisational support for the team and ensures everything runs smoothly.

Lisa's ticketing and event experience started as an Event Manager over 15 years ago. Working in the ticketing space with sporting organisations and event promoters Lisa has developed a deep knowledge of ticketing systems, reporting, large stadium venues in NZ and AUS, service and delivery.

Following this Lisa has worked client-side at One NZ Warriors, one of New Zealand's largest sporting organisations for the past 12 years and has built knowledge around ticket promotion and pricing, memberships and marketing. Lisa's experience, organisation, time management, attention to detail and customer-centric approach before, during and after an event will help you achieve and exceed your ticket revenue goals.

Claudia is a dedicated professional committed to providing exceptional service and seamless event management for clients. With extensive experience in the field, she is passionate about delivering high-quality results and identifying new opportunities to drive business growth. Claudia thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working closely with clients to achieve their goals.

Jess brings a wealth of experience in the events industry, having successfully managed ticketing operations for a wide range of events in New Zealand. Her passion for delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and customers has helped her work with major sporting organisations and promoters to deliver many different events. With a deep understanding of ticketing requirements, Jess loves working alongside her clients to ensure seamless ticketing entitlements and an overall outstanding customer journey.

Starting out as a ticket seller and usher as his first job, Nic has worked his way up in the ticketing industry and has worked across all departments involved including customer service, internal systems, account management and box office management, and even as a client at Auckland Rugby Union where he was the face of the season member base. With experience in the delivery of thousands of events at venues of all sizes, ranging from 100 capacity theatres up to a sold out All Blacks test match at Eden Park, Nic’s expertise will ensure event day runs as smoothly as possible.

Acting as a liaison between clients and customers, Maximus ensures swift customer response times and delivers a top-notch experience for all. From guiding customers through the ticket purchasing process to ensuring smooth entry into events, Maximus is committed to assisting and enhancing the overall event experience.

Andrea, an accomplished product leader, brings a wealth of experience from distinguished companies like Fisher & Paykel Healthcare and Xero.. Throughout her career, she has excelled in steering the development and strategy of high-value SaaS products on a global scale, all while leading high-performing product teams. Known for her versatility, customer-centric approach, and results-driven mindset, Andrea is passionate about crafting experiences that resonate with customers.

As a strategic thinker and proficient problem solver, Andrea has demonstrated her ability to empower cross-functional teams to achieve their objectives. Recently, she joined Flicket with the goal of accelerating the evolution of our product to enhance customer satisfaction and drive innovation for future growth.

Jak is a product manager at Flicket and is responsible for overseeing the development of their tech platform. His duties include conducting market research, defining the product strategy and roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, prioritising features, and testing the product goals to ensure they meet the needs of customers and the business goals of Flicket.

Mike, a user experience design expert with over a decade of experience in the tech industry, joined Flicket in 2022 after moving from Auckland to the Bay of Plenty. He holds a Master's degree in User Experience Design and is committed to creating simple, elegant, and user-friendly designs for Flicket. Mike has worked for successful tech startups like Timely and Xero, where he focused on understanding customer needs and crafting intuitive design solutions. When he's not pushing pixels, Mike enjoys getting outdoors and whitewater kayaking.

Sharee is a seasoned product designer with more than 16 years of industry experience. At Flicket, she is dedicated to crafting user-centred digital experiences that captivate our customers and their fans. Sharee's passion for problem-solving drives her to deliver innovative design solutions. With expertise in marketing, graphic, product, and web design, she brings a versatile skill set to her role.
